RETURNS AND REFUND

We accept returns and will refund you for your purchase under the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be sent back to us within the first 30 days following the receipt of the item and must meet the following conditions:

Item in original working condition with no accidental damage caused by you
No scratches on the Item case, glass or item body due to usage
No resizing, altering of bracelet

If you receive a product which is damaged in transit or not working on arrival, it is still eligible for return. Please contact us immediately at info@sekuvia.com if you received a defective item.

Once you return the item, you can opt for either a refund of the purchase price or an exchange with another item(s) with the price difference topped up or refunded. We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receipt of the return package.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
